After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park for a full day of game viewing. The journey takes you through the northern Tanzanian landscape before entering Tarangire, famous for its large elephant population, diverse wildlife, and dramatic baobab scenery.
You will spend the day exploring the park, searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, buffaloes, and predators. Lunch will be served at a picnic site around midday before continuing with afternoon and evening game viewing.

Into the Endless Plains of the Serengeti
After breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel towards the Serengeti. You will arrive in the Central Serengeti in the early afternoon. Depending on the location and timing, your guide will arrange either a picnic lunch or a scenic bush lunch.
After lunch, begin your Central Serengeti game drive, exploring the famous Seronera region, one of the most productive wildlife areas of the Serengeti. The region offers opportunities to search for lions, leopards, serval cats, caracals, elephants, buffaloes, and other wildlife.

Following the Great Migration to the Mara River
After breakfast, leave Central Serengeti and head north towards the Kogatende area of Northern Serengeti. The source itinerary states that the journey takes approximately five hours and covers around 155 km.
The objective today is to reach the Northern Serengeti and search for the Great Migration around the Mara River. If conditions are right, you may witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras gathering around or crossing the river.

Note: Mara River crossings are a natural event and cannot be guaranteed.

A Full Day in the Migration Zone
Wake up surrounded by the sounds of the Northern Serengeti before heading out with your driver-guide for another full day of wildlife exploration. The Northern Serengeti is particularly productive during the July–October period, when the Great Migration moves through the region.
Your guide will search for elephants, buffaloes, eland, gazelles, and predators. With luck, you may encounter cheetahs or even the rare black rhino. After the morning exploration, return to camp for lunch and time to relax before continuing with an afternoon and evening game drive.

Final Northern Serengeti Wildlife Experience
Enjoy another morning in the Northern Serengeti before beginning the journey back towards Central Serengeti. The day provides a final opportunity to explore the Northern Serengeti and search for wildlife before transitioning south.

Final Serengeti Adventure & Balloon Safari
Begin the morning with a spectacular hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti. As the sun rises, you will have a unique aerial perspective of the plains and wildlife below. After landing, enjoy a celebratory champagne breakfast in the bush.
Continue with your final ground game drive through Central Serengeti, exploring areas you may not have visited earlier. The day can include visits to the famous Serengeti kopjes, which provide excellent vantage points and are often associated with big-cat sightings. Around midday, enjoy a bush lunch before beginning the journey towards the Ngorongoro highlands.

Ngorongoro Crater Wildlife Safari & Departure
After breakfast, descend into the legendary Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. The crater provides an extraordinary concentration of wildlife within its enclosed ecosystem. Your guide will explore the crater floor while searching for a variety of wildlife.
Around midday, stop near Lake Magadi for a picnic lunch. The area is known for its hippos and birdlife. After lunch, continue exploring the crater for approximately 3–4 hours before ascending from the crater and continuing towards Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure.
