1. Arusha - Serengeti National Park
Your safari adventure starts with a relaxed breakfast in Arusha, then it's time to hit the road for the Serengeti. And trust us—the drive itself is half the fun. You'll roll through Maasai country, where the scenery slowly shifts and you might spot Maasai villages and herds of cattle grazing along the way.
As you wind up toward the Ngorongoro highlands, the air gets cooler and the views get more dramatic. You'll stop at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater—and wow, that first look down into the massive caldera is something you won't forget. Then it's onward to the Serengeti.
By afternoon, you'll be entering Serengeti National Park. Suddenly those famous "endless plains" are stretching out all around you, and the safari truly comes alive. Your guide will keep an eye on the timing and the wildlife, so you'll get plenty of chances to spot animals as you make your way toward camp.
As the sun starts to set, you'll settle into Tukaone Serengeti Camp. Enjoy a delicious dinner, then just sit back and listen—the sounds of the African wilderness will be your lullaby tonight.
